Years of foreign living and travel have inspired the art of artist and designer Karren Fielding ... Influenced by the rich and romantic atmospheres of Europe and the Middle East, her art encompasses shimmering light and gold attributed to the abundant hues of a Mediterranean sun, sea and sky!
After studying at St Martin's School of Art, Karren joined the design team at Selfridges before becoming freelance, working for an eclectic mix of clients including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Simpsons of Piccadilly, Waring & Gillow, Liberty's, and many prestigious London nightclubs and restaurants, designing and producing posters, signs, and murals including trompe l'oeil.
Karren is currently devoted to her passion of producing beautiful paintings, and commissioned portraits (of both people and pets), in her "Romantic Shimmer" theme. She paints and creates for her "PassionArt Creations"....
Karren says of her work.....
